Description:The Division of Transportation Services (DTS) provides non-emergency medical, curb-to-curb services to: senior citizens, people with disabilities, veterans, and low-income residents of Gloucester County. Advance reservations are required and ongoing subscription service is also available.
Service is provided to all areas of Gloucester County, with limited service to Camden, Cumberland, and Salem Counties, and portions of Philadelphia. The DTS program has been in existence since 1985.
Local Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee (LCTAC):
The LCTAC meets on the second Thursday of the month (except June-August) at 6:00 pm at the County Budd Blvd.Complex, 115 Budd Blvd., West Deptford. Appointed annually by the Board of Chosen Freeholders, the LCTAC serves in an advisory capacity and consists of at least 51 % consumers (persons with disabilities and/or senior citizens) who are responsible for oversight of expenditures and services provided by DTS.
