From the northwest or southwest:

Proceed southbound or northbound, respectively on Interstate 295 to the NJ Route 42 Interchange.  Continue southbound on NJ Route 42 (toward Atlantic City) until reaching the NJ Route 55 southbound exit.  Proceed southbound on NJ Route 55 several miles until the US Route 322 (Glassboro) eastbound exit.  Proceed eastward onto US Route 322, passing Rowan University on the left side, until reaching NJ Route 47 AKA Delsea Drive.  Turn right onto NJ Route 47 and proceed approximately 3 miles until reaching the Gloucester County Governmental Services Complex on the right-hand side

Proceed southbound or northbound, respectively on the NJ Turnpike until EXIT TWO (2) and take US Route 322 (Glassboro) eastbound.  Proceed eastward onto US Route 322, passing Rowan University on the left side, until reaching NJ Route 47 AKA Delsea Drive.  Turn right onto NJ Route 47 and proceed approximately 3 miles until reaching the Gloucester County Government Services Complex.

From the northeast and southeast:

Proceed southbound or northbound, respectively on the Garden State Parkway to the Atlantic City Expressway.  Take the Atlantic City Expressway toward Philadelphia until reaching the Williamstown -Sicklerville exit.  After the exit ramp, turn left at the traffic light toward Williamstown and continue on past Geets Diner at the Black Horse Pike until reaching the intersection for US Route 322 West.   Proceed westward on US Route 322 several miles to the intersection of NJ Route 47 AKA Delsea Drive.  Turn left onto NJ Route 47 and proceed approximately 3 miles until reaching the Gloucester County Government Services Complex on the right-hand side.
