Gray is charged with third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance; second degree possession of crack cocaine and marijuana; first-degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a handgun;  possession of a weapon by a convicted person and endangering the welfare of children.

Gray is being held on the fugitive warrant and the current charges pending a detention hearing. A woman found with him, Christian Paynter, was released on a warrant. She is charged with endangering.  Three minor children in the house are now in the custody of a relative.
