Frank Nattani, a 39-year-old male of Turnersville, N.J. has been criminally charged by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a crime of the second degree, after a joint investigation conducted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington Township Police Department.
Nattani was arrested without incident at a family member’s residence by members of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington Township Police Department on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 and was detained at the Salem County Correctional Facility pending a first appearance in Gloucester County Superior Court, Woodbury, New Jersey.
According to the charges, Nattani interacted with the victim as a neighbor and youth coach, engaging in sexually explicit conversations and inappropriate behavior.
Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of their rights as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and State Law.
