Ray Fuller Wins Gloucester County Men's Senior Title!
The Men's Gloucester County Senior Championship was held on Wednesday, May 15th and it was a nice turnout and a great day for golf! The event is divided into three divisions; Gross (no handicap), Net (USGA handicaps), Callaway (Callaway system). The honor of the title, "Gloucester County Senior Men's Champion", comes from the gross division and this year it was a tight battle between Ray Fuller, Ken Metzger and Scott Schumacher. Both Ken and Scott have won this title multiple times in past years but this year it was Ray who edged them both with a final round of 74. His round included three birdies on holes 1, 14 and 17. Ken finished with a 75 and Scott came in with a 77.
Jack Yoast won the Net Divison with a score of 61 and Jerry Hafycz won the Callaway Division by scoring a 65. Nick Russo, Ben Ramos, Bud Wrobel and Jack Reilly all won a Closest To The Pin skill prize.
Pitman Men’s Golf Association Results
The PMGA held it's Opening Day Scramble on Sunday, April 21st and two teams tied for first place. The team of Cliff Hardesty, Greg Weis, Bob Campanella and Brian Mulvenna posted a round of 63 to get the day started. Their score was tied by Kevin Risimini, Bill Maurer, Brian Root and Keith Beadling. We used the USGA's recommended tie breaker which compared each team's back nine score and Cliff's team edged them out by just one stroke!
Jim Davis, John Massenza, Steve Shanline and Barry Fox all won a Closest To The Pin prize.

Pitman's Senior Men's Group
The Senior Men's Group is off to a great start for 2013 and it's a tight race already for the top player. Both Stan Wink and Dwight Weir are tied at the top of the list with (41) points. They are followed closely by George Drechen, Charles Steir and Barry Zinski who each have (40) points.
