Inspira Health Network is taking an in-depth look at the communities within their service areas of Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties as a part of a required CHIP (Community Health Improvement Plan ) Process.
The Gloucester County Department of Health is partnering with Inspira Health Network to distribute a recently developed community health survey (below). The survey findings from this community health needs assessment will be utilized to prioritize public health issues and develop a community health implementation plan focused on meeting the identified community needs.
Inspira is required to assess the communities within their service area every 3 years. The statistical information collected will also prove beneficial and helpful to the Health Department as we also plan ahead.
