 | The Nutrition Program provides a well-balanced mid-day meal to seniors who are 60 or older, or the spouse of a participant. The mid-day meal is served Monday - Friday at the Nutrition Sites listed below. In addition to a meal, the sites also foster social interaction, and offer recreational and leisure activities as well as providing access to other supportive services available to Gloucester County senior citizens. Meals are planned by a nutritionist to ensure recommended nutrients.
A donation of $1.25 is accepted for each meal, however this is purely voluntary and there is no obligation to contribute. Privacy and confidentiality with respect to contributions is guaranteed. All collected contributions will be used to expand the services and supplement funds received under the Older Americans Act.

Serv -A-Tray Program
Serv-A-Tray is our home delivered meal program designed to maintain health through proper nutrition and enable homebound seniors to remain in the community with independence and dignity. To be eligible, persons must be age 60 or older; homebound; unable to shop or prepare their own meals; have no one to assist with meals; and be on a regular diet. A complete mid-day meal is delivered to participants Monday - Friday and frozen meals are available for the weekends.
A donation of $1.25 is accepted for each meal, however this is purely voluntary and there is no obligation to contribute. Privacy and confidentiality with respect to contributions is guaranteed. All collected contributions will be used to expand the services and supplement funds received under the Older Americans Act.

Volunteer at Gloucester County Senior Services!
We are in need of volunteers at our Franklinville Community Center, Thorofare Fire Hall and Glassboro Senior Center locations.
Volunteers are needed in the kitchens to prepare Serv-A-Tray luncheons, and serve at the Nutrition Sites.
We also need volunteer drivers for the Serv-A-Tray program.
