Families are informed and referred to programs and services that are available based on their needs.
The Office Provides
- Case management services to children, birth to 22, with chronic illnesses and developmental delays.
- Links for families to services that benefit their child, including government and community resources.
- Assistance for families in accessing appropriate educational settings and the related services that may be needed.
Case management is an entitlement offered at no cost for families.
