We offer a variety of summer programs for residents of Gloucester County New Jersey. Non-residents are accepted if space is available at the end of registration period. Programs generally start the first Monday after July 4 th. The following is a list of programs usually offered.

Grades 2 thru 6. This half day program introduces children to the outdoors through week long exploration of nature and our environment. Each day is a new adventure interacting with nature. Four one week sessions on two levels at Scotland Run Park , Clayton.
3&4yrs, 5&6 yrs. and 7&8yrs. The basics, just the basics, hit, catch, throw, kick and dribble. We introduce baseball, basketball and soccer through our basic skills stations. We concentrate on fun and positive reinforcement through accomplishment. Our goal is to teach only the basic skills of these sports. Four day sessions; 3&4yrs. with parent, one and one quarter hour each day; 5 thru 8yrs. half days in the morning without parent. All sessions held at James G. Atkinson Memorial Park .
9yrs to15 yrs & 16 yrs and older. Tennis lessons are offered on three levels, Beginners, Advanced Beginners and Competitive Match Play. Beginners and Advanced Beginners classes are held twice a week for three weeks; Competitive Match Play is held twice a week for six weeks. All classes are held at James G. Atkinson Memorial Park .
Theatre Work Shops
8 yrs. to 17 yrs. Children, working at one of three levels, are given the opportunity to develop a basic understanding and appreciation of the performing arts. Through games, instruction, exercises, and improvisation the children are prepared to perform in one of three productions; a one act play, a short musical or a full length musical. Children audition for parts after preparation. All children are included in a play.
