How do I apply for a marriage license?

1. If the woman is a resident of New Jersey, submit the application in the municipality where she lives.
2. If the woman is not a New Jersey resident but the man is, submit the application in the municipality where he lives.
3. If neither is a New Jersey resident, submit the application in the municipality where the marriage will be performed.
