Child Health Clinic
Provides well child care to children from 2 months to 5 years of age. Children are seen by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, who provides physical examinations, assesses growth and development and age appropriate immunizations. Children are screened for anemia, lead poisoning, hearing and vision.
These services are provided by appointment only.
School Age Clinic - For children ages 5 to 19. Children are given a brief physical examination and appropriate immunizations. Both programs are free to county residents who do not have medical insurance that covers immunizations. These services are provided by appointment only.
Paulsboro - 1st and 3rd Mondays 8:30 - 12:00 Noon
Washington Twp.- Tuesday 8:30 - 4:00pm - Thursday - 8:30 - 12:00 Noon
Immunization Audits - Assesses the immunization status of private, public and child care center students. These are done yearly to ensure adequate immunization levels exist in the children of our county. This audit is conducted by Public Health Nurses. Recommendations are made as to mandatory immunization levels. During the 2008 school year 99.5% of all students in Gloucester County were properly immunized.
