(Monroe Twp., NJ) – Each year Gloucester County Freeholders, staff from the Gloucester County Office of Veterans Affairs, and volunteers mark the beginning of Memorial Day by placing a small US Flag at each gravesite at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
