Local doctor honored

(Woodbury, NJ) – Dr. William J. King was honored by Gloucester County Freeholder Jim Jefferson and Freeholder Frank DiMarco on Saturday, Sept. 30, as his Family Medical Practice Building was adorned with a plaque commemorating his service to the Lord and the residents of Gloucester County.

Dr. King was the first doctor of African American decent at Underwood Memorial Hospital (now Inspira).
