Free adult Immunization Clinics scheduled

(Sewell, NJ) – With the winter months approaching, The Gloucester County Department of Health encourages adults of the community to take advantage of free vaccinations provided by the County for uninsured or under insured residents. 

Freeholder Director Robert Damminger said, "The health of all Gloucester County Residents is of the upmost importance to us and it is our duty to make sure residents are able to receive the vaccines they need, especially during these coming months where illnesses are commonplace." 

Freeholder Jim Jefferson, liaison to the Department of Health and Human Services, said, “It is important that we are able to help vaccinate all residents of the community.” 

The clinic has the following vaccines available: TDap, Td, Influenza, Prevenar 13, Pneumovax, MMR, HEP A, HEP B, TWINRIX, GARDASIL 9 (HPV), Menactra, Trumenba, Bexsero and Zoster. 

Adult immunization clinics are scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Gloucester County Department of Health, Offices at 204 East Holly Avenue, Sewell, on the following dates: Thursday, Dec. 7, Thursday, Dec. 14, Thursday, Dec. 21 and Thursday, Dec. 28.
