Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office nabs #6 on Sheriff Morina’s most wanted list
(Woodbury, NJ) – Gloucester County Sheriff Carmel Morina announced that Corey McClaine of Woodbury, number six on the Sheriff's Top Ten Most Wanted List, was located and arrested on Friday, January 26, 2018. He was also wanted nationwide. The Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit arrested McClaine in Wenonah, NJ. The Sheriff’s Department wanted McClaine for violation of probation and his original charge was burglary. He was arrested without incident and is currently being lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility.
Sheriff Morina said, "This is our second Top Ten arrest in the last 10 days. If you are wanted in Gloucester County our detectives will find you."
Sheriff Morina also stated, “I am very proud of the efforts by our sheriff’s officers.”
Freeholder Dan Christy, liaison to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office, said, “The detectives and officers of the Sheriff’s Office exhibit the utmost professionalism and dedication to the law. Gloucester County residents are safer thanks to the work our sheriff’s officers do every day.”
To date the Sheriff’s Office has apprehended 165 off the Sheriff’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.
