Kennedy Health and Wellness hosts ribbon cutting ceremony

(Mullica Hill, NJ) - Gloucester County welcomed Kennedy Health and Wellness, formerly known as Future Fitness in Mullica Hill, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 15.

Kennedy Health and Wellness is a fitness and wellness continuum supported by a medical model with additions of a Physician Advisory Board, Kennedy Health sponsored health fairs, a Youth Activity Center, and lectures and programs by doctors on relevant health topics.

Freeholder Simmons, liaison to the Department of Economic Development, said, "The Kennedy Health and Wellness Center is much more than just a gym. It strives to provide evidence-based exercise and wellness programs designed to improve the quality of life of all members with the help of medical and fitness professionals. We anticipate that they will become an important resource for our county residents."

Freeholder Simmons presented a Proclamation from the Freeholder Board to owner Craig Ehleider.
