The Workforce Investment Board is a partnership of top executives from businesses, county and state government agencies in Gloucester County. The WIB is designed to create a workforce tailored to meet the needs of the community and produce an environment that will empower existing businesses, as well as bring new industry to the area. The WIB, through its staff and volunteers, reaches out to all sectors of our county’s population – old, young, unemployed, underemployed, able and disabled.

Our mission is simple – to provide quality educational and technical training to those in need, to help businesses train their employees to become more productive and to implement programs that make our services accessible to residents within the county of Gloucester.
